I am a digital marketing and personal growth strategist. I focus on helping clients formulate successful online strategies and frameworks to keep million-dollar projects on track. Done correctly, the right combination will catapult growth and shatter expectations of what was thought to be possible.

I spent four years at Microsoft Corporation where I managed over $25MM in search and display advertising for their premier clients. When I left there, I started my own digital marketing agency, Think Strategy, which is currently one of the top-rated Web design, PPC and SEO agencies in Los Angeles. Our goal is to turn a cold lead into a warm prospect, into an ecstatic client and raving fan using the right language and sequencing. We serve clients located all around the world. 

I am the host and moderator of Stacking Growth, a Facebook Group, with over 5,000+ marketing professionals. The Stacking Growth Conference, was named "1 of 10 events that will help you grow in 2018" by INC magazine. 

I am also an avid student and practitioner of personal growth. I focus on mindfulness and personal development as a way to achieve individual goals, growth and happiness. I believe that in order to be successful, this facet of one’s life needs to be nourished and nurtured so that the positive results carry into every other aspect of life, including success in business, relationships, friendships, and internal peace. For nearly 20 years, I have served on the board of the Holistic Life Foundation, a Baltimore-based non-profit committed to nurturing the wellness of children and adults in underserved communities. To date we’ve taught over 7,500 children nationwide the practice of yoga, mindfulness and self-care. 

I received my BA from University of Baltimore and my MBA from Seattle University, with a specialization in entrepreneurship in international studies (China and India).

I recently moved to Los Angeles where I can skateboard every day outside with my dog, Sky. I’m an avid reader and world traveler. I enjoy visiting a new country every year, meeting the local people and sampling the local cuisine.
